The new website, MedifastNow.com, highlights each of Medifast's three main support channels. These include the classic Medifast Direct online program, the location-based Medifast Weight Control Centers, and the Take Shape for Life program, which features one-on-one support from a Certified Health Coach.
In tune with Medifast's new TV commercials, the site also emphasizes the story of Jessica Westmoreland, a woman who lost 85 pounds on the Medifast diet plan.

As part of Medifast's new online marketing strategy, the company has also released two new promotional codes customers can use when signing up for the Advantage Program and ordering online. No clipping or printing is required to use these clickable Medifast coupons.
2012 has thus far brought a reinvention of Medifast's promotional strategy—time will tell if the new focus will help the company keep an edge in the crowded weight loss market.
