ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Raf Adams was born in Belgium and has been living in Asia—in Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and Shanghai for the past four years and has spent the last 20 years searching for the deeper meaning of life. Having built a successful career as the sales director for a multinational company, when asked to become General Manager he realised his life still felt unconscious, unhappy, empty and fearful.
Instead Raf worked from his experience and research to develop The Life Journey model to help others find more awareness about their own journey and guide them to a more fulfilling life. His goal is to deliver this powerful message so we can better understand our journey in life and reveal our true selves to the world.
